The LouAda Process

Getting the best of the best comes down to a meticulously crafted process that has proven to be the best way to provide each of our clients with high-quality countertops every time.

Step 1: Find LouAda Granite

If you’re reading this, then step one is already completed because you found us! We’re not the only granite top provider in the northland, but we do pride ourselves as being one of the best. We work to ensure that each slab of material we sell you is both in the best condition possible and to the exact measurements you need them so the finished product is even better than you envisioned it.

Our finely tuned process is in place so that we’re able to guarantee your satisfaction every time with the right stone, at the right measurements, and within the right budget. Additionally, our focus is on your satisfaction. While it’s not a necessary part of our process, looking through our live inventory will show you what we have available as well as visualize what the finished product will look like.

Step 2: Schedule your appointment

While walk-ins are still welcome, scheduling an appointment will ensure we have an adequate amount of time blocked off specifically for you. Calling in advance will also allow us to dive a little deeper into what it is that you’re looking for so we know exactly what to show you when you get here.

There is a 3-part process for each of our appointments in order to provide you with a great experience and the right results.

We’ll meet with you to talk further about what it is that you’re looking for. This will help us bring you to the right pieces that align with your vision and your budget. It will also help us understand the entire scope of the project, ensuring there’s enough material to get the job done.

You will be able to sit down with our team where they will create a digitally-designed layout of what your project will look like. In order to make this step easier, please come prepared with any measurements, sketches, layouts, and floor plans to help us fully understand your space and what you would like it to look it.

After we’ve talked about what it is that you’re looking for and you’ve had a chance to see a digital rendering of it, you’ll be able to walk into our warehouse to take a look at everything we have available in our inventory. Here, you’ll be able to select the stone that fits your vision and your budget.

Step 3: Laser-Measured Template Creation

We want to ensure we get the results right the first time. After your initial appointment with LouAda where we discovered more about your goals and you were able to select the right material(s) for your vision, we’ll visit your home or business to laser-measure the surface area. This step is crucial to our process as it allows us to get the most precise measurements possible.

These measurements will go on to provide our team with the perfect template to carve out and create countertops customized for your unique space.

Step 4: Fabrication

The fabrication stage of our process is where the magic really begins to happen. The LouAda team uses our top-rated machinery to create perfectly custom-fit surfaces from the material(s) you selected during your first consultation. In addition to having what we need to make meticulously accurate cuts, we also have the tools necessary to piece large sections of stone together, allowing us to create larger cuts of stone while maintaining a uniform flow. Our equipment is so precise, you may not even be able to see where one slab ends and the next one starts.

Step 5: Installation

The final stage of the LouAda Process is Installation. While the fabrication stage can take anywhere from two to three weeks, our expert installers will come out to place the finished product once it’s completed. They will then get your approval that it’s 100% up to your standards and that everything fits exactly the way it’s supposed to.

The final piece of making sure you’re left with the best results possible is ensuring no detail is left unchecked before we leave you with your new stone surface(s).

Let's make something beautiful together
