Levi was great!!!  He didn't like his first try at the repair so he redid it -  I didn't even have to say that I didn't like his first try

When I shop for a bigger purchase for my home it can take me quite a while to decided.  I have been looking at counter tops at the national supply chains and outlets.  Yearly visit the Home Improvement events in Duluth.  I talk to salespeople and ask a few questions and move on, sometimes taken a business card sometimes not.  I narrowed down my choice with two different businesses.  The winning, LouAda Granite.  They are a local company, a family run owned and operated.   They have different qualities in countertop offers.  Not the massed produced such as in corporate businesses.  here you will be getting what you want and how you want it. Large selection of choices and design.  Take a look.  Great communication with the knowledge and patiently explained if I was unsure. The staff were knowledgeable about their product, thoughtful and collaborative with design, creative and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I as the homeowner was pleased with the product they installed. I love the work they did and I trusted the project leads, fabricators, and installers that came to my home to assist with measurements and the install. My first impression was that the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Each subsequent contact was also positive. The facility is well stocked and neat, with a wide and wonderful selection of products. Examples of above and beyond helpfulness included being contacted with a heads-up about the cost of the faucet I initially chose, and being provided with supplier options, and being provided with a cardboard template of the curved countertop edge so I can make a matching curve on the shelf I am making to go above it. The installation team was awesome. Rather than taking the easier way out of cutting the one-piece countertop into two pieces, they worked together to overcome a very challenging access – up a flight of stairs with two landings, a smaller than usual outside door, and somewhat small inside spaces. We had a positive experience from the first contact. We were pleased with the  choices we had, the speed with which they came to our home to measure, the short wait for fabrication and the awesome install. Everyone was very helpful, the project was completed timely & looks great!!   This is the 2nd countertop we've had them do. Would definitely recommend them!

I had a unique project that most companies would have passed on. The folks at LouAda Granite not only assisted me but also assisted me with ideas on working within a budget. Install was clean and timely. I would not hesitate to use them again.
