Once you decide to purchase your new premium surfaces from LouAda, you get to go on a journey with us from the idea you have in your head to the finished product installed in your home or business. Scheduling an appointment with LouAda Granite
Aside from getting your new, custom-built countertops installed into your home or business, the most exciting phase of working with us is coming in for your appointment. It is best for all to work by appointment to get the best and most thorough service possible. We highly recommend scheduling your appointment in advance. You can do that here.
During your appointment, you can expect three things to happen:
1. Discovery
Once you arrive at our warehouse, we will sit with you and go over the current layout of your space and any plans you brought with you so we can fully understand what you’re looking for. We can also get a better idea of the materials you have in mind, colors, and how much surface area you need.
By taking our time with this step, we’ll be able to show you everything in our warehouse that will line up with your vision and fully understand what you want the finished product to look like.
2. Design
Once we know what it is that you’re looking for, we’ll be able to digitally render a design of what you want the finished product to look like. From here, we can make any adjustments necessary to ensure that you’re 100% satisfied with the results.
3. Look through our options
After we’ve fully discovered what it is you’re looking for, we will be able to look through everything we have available in our warehouse or from our suppliers together. Here, you’ll be able to learn more about the specific materials, where they come from, and what the benefits are of each of them. Whether you’re looking for granite, quartz, marble, soapstone, quartzite, or porcelain – we’ve got you covered. Each type of material comes with its own unique features that we will discuss with you so you can make the best decision based on your needs.
Options range from locally mined to internationally imported. We also have a variety of colors and compositions to choose from to allow you to find the perfect piece for your project!
The rest of your journey
After you’ve chosen the right slab and we understand the design you want, we’ll be able to come to you and take laser measurements of your space so we can create an intricately accurate template. We’ll use this template to then create the product that we’ll install for you. No stone is left unturned in this final installation step so that we can ensure you are completely satisfied with the results.
